Sin Rival Cutlery, Inc.’s history dates back to 1903 when it was founded in Havana, Cuba. In 1966 we opened our doors here in Miami, FL where we still reside today. For 50 years Sin Rival Cutlery has specialized in the sale of the finest kitchen cutlery, scissors, manicuring implements and professional barber supplies. Our experience in the art of sharpening your products is matched by no other. We take great pride in the fact that we are a family business that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Our shipping carrier is UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

Shipping charges are UPS & USPS book rates (based on weight). To check shipping costs before placing your order, use the Shipping Calculator found on the Shopping Cart page.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

Time in Transit estimates are based on actual shipping time once your order has left the warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for in-stock items to ship. Please allow additional order processing time during peak holiday seasons.

Change Submitted Orders

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7.00% is charged on orders shipped to addresses within Florida (based on shipping from zip code 33130). Orders shipped to addresses outside of Florida are not taxed.

Returns & Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase items may be returned up to 30 days from receipt of order. Items must be in new condition with all packaging materials intact. Items that show obvious use or wear or that are missing packaging material will not be accepted for return.

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, opened or used personal care items (including: razors, blades, shaving brushes, personal care scissors, nippers and trimmers) may not be returned unless defective.

Items returned within 30 days in their original packaging in new condition will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a problem with the order due to an error on the part of Sin Rival Cutlery. Return instructions and address are included with order.

At Sin Rival Cutlery, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. If, at any time, you are unhappy with the product purchased, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you. If your item proves to be defective after 30 days it is under the manufacturer’s warranty. Sin Rival Cutlery will make every effort to assist in obtaining warranty service and providing information needed to contact the manufacturer.
